“If every screen of Facebook product you have a title at the top and content that matches that title, why shouldn’t you just be able to edit the title of the page and in doing so edit the content that’s on the screen dynamically?”

What’s more interesting than any of these things is giving people power and tools to take any cut of the graph that they want”

According to Zuckerberg,

“We are not indexing the web. We are indexing our map of the graph, which is really big and constantly changing. Almost a million new people every day. 240 billion photos. 1 billion people. 1 trillion connections.”

Even Mark Zuckerberg’s family can get tripped up by Facebook’s privacy settings.

A picture that Zuckerberg’s sister posted on her personal Facebook profile was seen by a marketing director, who then posted the picture to Twitter and her more than 40,000 followers Wednesday.

That didn’t sit well with Zuckerberg’s sister, Randi, who tweeted at Callie Schweitzer that the picture was meant for friends only and that posting the private picture on Twitter was “way uncool.” Schweitzer replied by saying the picture popped up on her Facebook news feed.

The picture shows four people standing around a kitchen staring at their phones with their mouths open while Mark Zuckerberg is in the background.

Randi Zuckerberg, who used to run Facebook’s marketing department and now produces a reality television show, eventually said Schweitzer was able to see the picture because they had a mutual friend. Those tweets have since been taken down.

Schweitzer declined to comment when reached by The Associated Press. Randi Zuckerberg didn’t reply to a message via Twitter seeking comment.

November was a good month for Facebook and its CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
Facebook‘s stock shot up from $21.08 a share on the first day of trading in November to $28 a share at the end of the day Friday, its highest price since July. Zuckerberg, who owns about 504 million shares of Facebook stock, gained about $3.48 billion as a result.

When Facebook first went public at $38 a share in May, Zuckerberg’s shares were worth $19.1 billion. In the following months, the stock dropped to less than half that IPO price to $17.55 in late August, pushing Zuckerberg’s net worth down to $8.84 billion.
Since then, Facebook’s stock has recovered in fits and starts and so has Zuckerberg’s wealth. November proved to be by far the most robust growth month for the stock to date, thanks to two big factors. First, the company had a strong earnings report in late October, which showed that Facebook was making progress in monetizing mobile. Secondly, the second and largest lockup period for stocks held by employees finally expired in the middle of November, which was something investors had been dreading for months and arguably held down the stock price.

As of Friday, Zuckerberg’s net worth was $14.1 billion and will likely only continue to grow in December.

fair enough lets break down how this really happened shall we?

HE STARTED HIS OWN COMPANY. HE OWNS MAJORITY OF THE SHARES! Sorry if I am shouting here, but could it just be that yes he made all that money but is it actually spending money? Well some might argue that it is infact spending money. He can use it to buy property. Lets not forget the era of the dotcom excess in the 90s. Almost anyone who had a dotcom idea became an instant millionaire. But today the same millionaires can be found hanging out in San Francisco simply reminiscing about whtat was or could have been.

Secondly the lock up expired. What does that mean? Simple a time in which the employees cannot for the lack of a better word sell their shares right after the IPO (initial public offering period) well it has expired. Which then means employees are free to sell their shares and for some reason or the other investors are happier now they know what do expect moving ahead.

Here is a tip to building your own success story. Get a job at facebook, perhaps you might just be one of those lucky employees. Or better still start a company and get noticed by facebook, they are seriously in an acquisiton mode if your company has the hacker mentality or can get mobile income going! Or what do you say??

1. Get your business out there and be everywhere: oh what do I mean by this? If you are a small business owner it means getting out there, meeting people through the old way of networking, not just on twitter and Facebook. Socialize. Go to the local chamber of commerce. Meet with you local community
2. Get a consistent look within your social media. Your Facebook page, twitter, linked in should have the same look. You should also endeavor to have a catchy tagline.
3. Be open and transparent: Your customers will only buy from you if they trust you. Give the right information toe earn that trust. Your company made a mistake? Rather than cover it up own it and show what you are doing to help the community in which the incident occurred.
4. Work hard and be smart about it: Did you know Kim Kardashian is up early, when I say early I mean really early 6 am. In her words “I am up early at 6 am i  love working. Hard work pays off. If you have an online store create a brand rather than create a sale. Have you noticed certain online companies have communities? Rather than selling a product they use the brand to build a community first and then interject the product they are selling in a subtle way.
5. Be your brand: What do I mean by be your brand? Reality stars like Kim sell brands and that is how they build a billion dollar business. If you are selling hair, wear it on your head. Sell it.Tell a story. If you create a product, say an apple case tell the story behind it. People want toe hear your story when they invest in your business and not just another case.

Here’s how I made money by shopping at my local thrift store. Every Wednesday, the Salvation Army offers a 25% off customer appreciation discount over the price of items currently in their stores. I purchased two breast-feeding pillows, retail price 4999 for six dollars each, now tagging my 25% off that six dollar later the purchase of it under four dollars. I ended up reselling the item on eBay for $30 each not including shipping. Therefore, I made $54 net profit. Not bad when you say?
