The first one being Qipit and the second is FaxZero
Both services allow you send a limited number of free faxes.
Whats the catch?
The catch is you have to advertise for them. How do you do that? Well, the fax cover sheet has the name of the service on it. Efax Free, a similar alternative, will let you receive (but not send) a limited number of faxes.
